1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in DreamCots programs, accessing our learning platform, or using any services provided by DreamCots, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not enroll or use our services.
2. Program Enrollment
Enrollment in DreamCots programs is subject to:
- Payment of the registration fee of ₹2,000 to secure a spot in the admission process
- Successful completion of the admission process, including profile review, skill assessment, and mentor dialogue
- Payment of the applicable tuition fee (Data Science: ₹65,000 or Data Analytics: ₹40,000) or agreement to placement-linked fee structure
- Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and our Refund Policy
- Provision of accurate and complete information during the application process
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Registration Fee
To begin the admission process, applicants must pay a one-time registration fee of ₹2,000. This fee:
- Secures your spot in the admission process
- Covers administrative and processing costs
- Is separate from the program tuition fees
- Is non-refundable except as specified in the Refund Policy
3.2 Tuition Fee
DreamCots offers two programs with the following tuition fees:
- Data Science Program: ₹65,000
- Data Analytics Program: ₹40,000
These fees cover:
- 300+ hours of live classes
- Unlimited doubt-clearing support
- 30+ mock interviews
- Lifetime access to learning resources
- Access to DreamCots Cloud Lab
- Mentor pods and career services
3.3 Placement Fee Structure
DreamCots operates a placement-linked fee model where additional fees apply based on your post-program salary:
- Less than 3.5 LPA: No placement fee
- 3.5 – 4.99 LPA: ₹1.2 Lakhs (incl. taxes), payable as ₹6,000 × 20 months
- 5 – 7.99 LPA: ₹1.6 Lakhs (incl. taxes), payable as ₹8,000 × 20 months
- 8 LPA & Above: ₹2 Lakhs (incl. taxes), payable as ₹10,000 × 20 months
3.4 Payment Methods
We accept payments through:
- No-cost EMI options starting from ₹10,000 per month
- UPI, credit/debit cards, and NBFC financing
- Corporate billing for team enrollments
4. Program Structure
4.1 Cohort Schedule
DreamCots offers two cohorts per month:
- Insight Batch: Starts on the 1st of every month with weekday evening classes
- Momentum Batch: Starts on the 15th of every month with weekend workshops
4.2 Program Duration
The program duration is seven months, covering foundations, data analytics specialization, and capstone projects.
4.3 Attendance and Participation
Students are expected to:
- Attend at least 60% of live sessions to be eligible for certification
- Complete assignments and assessments as scheduled
- Participate actively in mentor pods and career readiness activities
- Maintain professional conduct in all interactions
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including but not limited to:
- Video recordings, lecture notes, and presentations
- Lab exercises, datasets, and code repositories
- Assessment rubrics and mentor feedback
- DreamCots Cloud Lab infrastructure and tools
are the exclusive property of DreamCots and are protected by copyright laws. Students are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for personal learning purposes. Redistribution, sharing, or commercial use of course materials is strictly prohibited.
6. Student Conduct
Students must:
- Maintain academic integrity and avoid plagiarism
- Respect intellectual property rights of instructors and peers
- Refrain from sharing login credentials or accessing others' accounts
- Not engage in any activity that disrupts the learning environment
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.
7. Certification
Certificates are awarded upon:
- Completion of at least 60% of live sessions
- Submission and approval of all required assignments
- Successful completion of at least one capstone project
- Maintaining satisfactory academic standing
Certificates are issued in digital format and verify completion of the DreamCots Data Science & Data Analytics program.
8. Placement Services
DreamCots provides placement support including:
- Mock interviews and interview preparation
- Resume and LinkedIn profile optimization
- Referrals to hiring partners in our network
- Career guidance and mentorship
Placement services are provided on a best-effort basis. DreamCots does not guarantee job placement or specific salary outcomes. Placement fees are calculated based on actual salary offers received by students.
9. Limitation of Liability
DreamCots shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from program participation
- Loss of data, income, or opportunities
- Technical issues or interruptions in service delivery
- Outcomes related to job placement or career progression
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of tuition fees paid by the student.
10. Modifications to Terms
DreamCots reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through:
- Email notification to enrolled students
- Updates posted on our website
- Announcements during live sessions
Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Termination
DreamCots may terminate a student's enrollment if:
- Terms and Conditions are violated
- Payment obligations are not met
- Academic misconduct is detected
- Conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive
Students may withdraw from the program subject to our Refund Policy. Refund eligibility is determined by the timing of withdrawal and completion status.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or program participation shall be resolved through:
- Initial discussion with DreamCots support team
- Mediation if direct resolution is not possible
- Arbitration in accordance with Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015
Jurisdiction for all legal matters shall be the courts of India.
